Job SummaryThe ERP Technical Developer of Microsoft AX/ Dynamics 365 will create, maintain, and support custom solutions and integrations in our D365 Finance and Operations implementation. This role supports our solutions, e-commerce, factory, and service businesses which utilizes custom coded solutions and data integrations. This role will be responsible for the development of integrations and maintenance of existing solutions to ensure maximum uptime, performance, and continuous business enablement. Additionally, this role will set standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality code is delivered to support the business.Who We AreRaqtan Group is an operated group with specialized businesses in F&B development, e-commerce, and data. A hub for coffee lovers.Miran (miran.sa) – stainless steel factory, supporting our commercial kitchen projects, but also engineering new lines of products for the oil and gas industry.Brodan (brodan.co) – our cooling and refrigeration brand, developing and manufacturing a full line of refrigeration products – from small refrigerated display cases to large, industrial cold rooms.Spherey (spherey.com) – a mobile platform revolutionizing the way technical service is provided in the F&B industry, creating a marketplace for independent and freelance techniciansResponsibilitiesDevelop custom coded solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations—particularly in sales, Finance, and SCM.Create, maintain, and troubleshoot issues Create Software Deployable Packages with custom code Troubleshoot issues and communicate progress and status on ticketing system(s).Work within an agile environment and collaborate with stakeholders, teams, BAs… etc.Analysis of requirements and implementation of specifications.Adapt and create coding standards and practices. Participate in ensuring contractors learn and adhere to standards and practices.Document new and existing solutions to ensure support associates and other developers have reference materials for troubleshooting and understanding working code and solutions.Skills and QualificationTechnical: 3+ years or ERP development experience, specifically AX/D365 Finance and OperationBachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experienceDynamics 365 for Finance and Operations experience with expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Cash & Bank process areas, Budgeting, Consolidation, User Role-based Workflows.
