Job Description:  Follow-up and provide the necessary administrative support to the CEO by carrying out a set of organizational tasks (secretarial and office management.)Studying received requests by the CEO’s office and processing them within the limits of the job power.Preparing and organizing agendas for the CEO and following them up.Ensuring that information is updated based on daily developments in the agenda.Assisting in scheduling appointments and meetings.Making schedules for internal and external appointments, including preparations for guests and visitors.Receiving auditors and visitors of the CEO.Preparing the agenda for CEO meetings and providing documents, reports and minutes of meetings.Writing minutes of meetings and following up the implementation of the resulting decisions with the relevant authorities.Preparing notes, administrative decisions and circulars, ensuring the implementation by the concerned departments in the company.Preparing research, reports, presentations and everything necessary upon request.Coordinating and following up with all departments in the company according to the directives of the CEO.Establishing a proper mechanism for electronic archiving of all files, and documents of the CEO’s office, and taking full care to maintain their confidentiality and ensuring that they are duly and securely preserved, and easy to refer to when needed.  Job Requirements:  Experience for at least seven years.Advanced skills in official correspondence and preparation of reports.Good knowledge of managing records and documents.Effective communication skills.Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
