Job descriptionWe are looking for a responsible Administrator to organize our company’s day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities. The Administrator should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease. Our ideal candidate has experience as an Office Administrator, or relevant administrative role.ResponsibilitiesCreate and organize information, and generate reference tools for easy use.Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.Order office stationery and supplies.Maintain internal databases, organize, store and print company documents as needed.Manage day to day operations of employees i.e. (Work schedule, Annual leave application, overtime, transfers)Keep employee records (physical and digital)Submit expense reports, daily journal entries, and draft customer quotations and invoices.Prepare regular reports and presentationsHandle queries from managers and employeesUpdate office policies and ensure compliance with themRequirementsProven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant or relevant roleFamiliarity with office equipmentKnowledge of office policies and proceduresExperience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)Excellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong written and oral communication skills
