This role is within the Sales & Marketing division of MIE Events.The purpose of the division is to develop in-house events introducing Chinese manufacturers to buyers across the Middle East and Africa.The main brand is China Trade Week (CTW) which currently taking place in the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Manufacturers across a range of industries showcase their products to the local business market intending to build long-term trade relations. The role of the Sales Executive is to support the Sales & Marketing Team in the following: Sales Executive will be the key point of contact between MIE and its potential clients: answering queries. Offering advice and introducing new services and products of the company.Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.Maintaining accurate records and reviewing sales performance with the aim of achieving monthly and annual targetsMaintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvementsIdentifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales optionsSells products and services by establishing contact and developing relationship with prospects as well as recommending solutionsIdentifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities & competitorContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
