Master’s Degree will be a plus.At least 10 years of experience in the facilities management industry and 5 years of experience in Saudi ArabiaAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skillsExcellent command of EnglishAble to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasksEffective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situationsSensitive and responsive to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups.Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviourExperience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiencesGood working knowledge of MS Office suiteYour ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain the properties during the life cycle, ensuring location safety, quality and preventive maintenance Steering of internal and external service providers through performance measures and control Development and implementation of optimization measures like space and energy efficiencyImplementation of property strategies like customer specific modifications, disposal, external leasing etc.Customer engagement and satisfaction through consistent service deliverContract managementExternal Stakeholders (landlords/authorities) managementWho is Siemens Energy ?At Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
