Main duties :overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering.supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, and security.ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.ensuring that facilities meet government regulations.Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.Allocate office space according to needs.Planning and overseeing an evacuation plan.Work Experience: 5 Years of experience in relevant managerial position.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other relevant fields. Professional Certificate in Facility Management.
