Factory Manager (Coffee Factory)

Duties Will Be As FollowsWe are hiring a ” Factory Manager” for one of the biggest companies specializing in Roasting Coffee located in Riyadh with the below details:Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.Screening, recruiting, and training new factory workers.Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.Job Requirements10+ years of significant previous experience operations management or similar role.V. Good Command in English Skills.Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.Encourage team and staff; able to mentor, lead and report.Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports.Focused on customer service and satisfaction.Excellent computer skills; good experience in financial software.Excellent organizational and Presentation skills.Results-driven and customer-focused.
