• Provide administrative support to Finance Manager by performing clerical tasks such as basic bookkeeping, filing, handling mail, making phone calls maintaining staff data, etc.• Handling the duties of the account in the form of invoice preparation, bookkeeping, collections recording, and maintaining Staff data.• Following up on unpaid invoices and preparing statements of account periodically or as needed.• Following up with the clients and coordinating with suppliers• Coordinating between the Sales team and Service Team.• Day-to-day office Management• Proper handling of office equipment.• Answer all incoming calls, handle inquiries and re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.• Perform admin and accounting duties for the office as requested.Requirements:• Minimum bachelor’s Certification in Accounting will be an advantage.• Hands-on experience in Basic Accounting (at least 2 years).• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.• Knowledge of Microsoft office applications.• Good telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
