We are looking for passionate administrators / receptionists to join our dynamic team in Al Wasl and Al Barari. Role Purpose: Offering administrative support across the organization, coordinate front-desk activities and assist in accounting functions. Requirements and Skills : o Proven work experience as an Administrator or Receptionist, or similar roleo Ability in Microsoft Suite and digital platforms o Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. computers and printers)o Professional attitude and appearanceo Professional customer service o Solid written and verbal English communication skillso Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseo Excellent organizational skillso Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksKey Roles o Maintaining quality control and aesthetics according to management requirements in and around the nursery.o Carrying-out registration procedures. Updating children’s information and profile. o Answering phones and email inquiries.o Answering parent queries and acting as parent relation advisor. o Facilitating tours when management is not around.o Keeping up with the yearly calendar including topics for the upcoming year. o Assisting in staff recruitment and renewals.o Updating staff information and profile.o Assisting in daily accounting tasks.o Ensuring that all areas of the nursery are being effectively cleaned and adjusting schedules accordingly.o Taking meeting minutes when needed.o Keeping track of all licenses and updating policies in clear and organized folders. o Making sure all external contracts are up to date and informing them when the expiry date is due.o Supporting special events.o Maintaining and compiling the resource list per class for the purchasing department.o Taking Photos/videos regularly of activities and games for social media posting, once approved send to the social media company.
