UAE-based beauty company looking for a Finance Accountant to join growing team.RESPONSIBLITIES:- Maintain accounting records and ensure all statutory requirements are met. – Maintain general ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records. – Establishes system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems. – Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting including payroll. – Reviews financial statements with management personnel and ensure complete confidentiality of all company information and act with total integrity. – Ensure suppliers/ distributors and customers meet their financial/ contractual obligations to the company taking appropriate action/liaising with senior management in a timely and professional manner. – Ensure all systems remain up to date and relevant to the company’s current and future needs taking appropriate and timely action to review options. – Ensure all invoices and payments (payable and receivable) take place in a timely and effective manner ensuring all contractual obligations of all parties are adhered to and ensuring an efficient paper trail is in place.
