Bash Hesnef is currently in search of a highly-analytical, qualified and self-motivated estimator to join our established business. Your central goal will be to prepare accurate estimate reports for projects by gathering information, analyzing important metrics, and conducting regular risk assessments.The ideal candidate will be fluent in mathematics and accounting, with in-depth knowledge of interior fit-out and MEP and data analysis methods and estimation systems. In addition to being an excellent communicator, candidates should also be detail oriented with outstanding organizational skills.Duties and Responsibilities:- Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.- Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.- Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.- Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.- Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.- Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data.- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Skills and Qualifications:- Should have a minimum 5 years interior fit-out experience in UAE, preferably with Engineering- Background or BSc in Interior Design or equivalent, and proficient in English language.- Should be able to do estimates of Joinery and fit-out independently. – MEP estimation is an added asset- Experience in material management- Experience in managing and sourcing interior fit out suppliers- Excellent negotiation skills- Knowledge in tender and contract documentation- Good Knowledge of the Fit Out Suppliers & -SubContractors in the local market & overseas.- Multi-tasking and ability to work with more than one project.- Effective communication skills and technically sound
