Floor Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:- Supervises all work and personnel in the garage and related facilities; assigns work and issues.-instructions to shop personnel; checks completed work for compliance with instructions.- Determines labor and material requirements for the repair of damaged automotive and specializedequipment.- Prepare the technicians for the jobs, making note of the tools taken based on the job type.–Guiding the technicians to troubleshoot the faults as per requirements.- Prepare parts list for a particular job if required and double check it with technicians before sending a quote to the customer.- Monitor the productivity and efficiency of technicians.-Monitoring all jobs with Service ,Stores &manage them- Prepare job schedule for a particular day. Also make sure all required passes arranged by our internal person. – Arrange the required parts & for works as per scheduleEducational and Experience Requirements:-Diploma or Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering- Minimum 5 years experience in floor supervisor- UAE Driving licence
