Requirements:· Attention to detail· Ability to work under pressure.· Multitasking and prioritizing.· Minimum 2 years’ experience in office management.· Advance knowledge in Microsoft OfficeResponsibilities:· To perform the office management duties and responsibilities.· Makes sure the office is well-maintained and functional.· Establishes and maintains a variety of office filing and record-keeping/filing systems.· Oversees general office cleanliness and ensure upkeep of all office assets.· Performs other related duties as assigned by top management.· In charge for scheduling and updating of any external meetings with top management.· Keep track on the company documents due dates.· Answers telephone calls and directs to the concerned person· Responsible in booking tickets and hotels for the Top management and guests.· Arranges visas for the Top Management and guests.· Makes sure that office supplies and requirements are being monitored.
