Job Responsibilities:1 Lead B2C sales operations and achieve monthly sales targets based on company vision and market share 2 Collaborate and align with related departments to achieve high sales results such as GSO, NPD, ALJR, ALJAW, etc.. 3 Support B2B online sales operation by providing SME point of view and drive digital transformation 4 Serve as SPOC for all related eCommerce Parts Platform development, business support, and lead end-to-end process improvement considering various capabilities such as order fulfilment, pricing, finance interface …etc. 5 Lead Parts Core Business Digital Transformation strategies execution, eCommerce expansion projects and digitization of touchpoints 6 Lead eCommerce business in the implementations phase, ensuring the initial vision and strategy materializes through the deployment and launch for business value realization and ensure execution of digital transformation initiatives with the relation to company direction and roadmap. 7 Lead Parts business team in eCommerce implementation projects and system change management (CR), starting from business requirements gathering and documentations, functional design specifications, Features Acceptance Testing (FAT), System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 8 Represent business in OCM, Cutover and Go Live activities of implementation projects including post Go Live support until system is stabilized. 9 Develop multi-disciplinary SOPs to ensure operational excellence and lead eCommerce business processes ownership with focus on business governance and continuous improvement to contribute to KPIs achievement. 10 Participate in engagement teams of other Experience Architects, Strategists, Designers, Analytics experts, and TechnologistsJob Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or commerce or in any similar field of study required; graduate degree preferred.• 6 – 8 years in related field with minimum 2 years in Supervisory Role • Time Management: Managing one’s own time and the time of others. • Stress Tolerance: Job requires accepting criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations. • Analytical/Mathematical Ability: Able to analyse and compute simple mathematical calculations. • Achievement/Effort: Job requires establishing and maintaining personally challenging achievement goals and exerting effort toward mastering tasks. • Problem Sensitivity: The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.
