We are looking for a General Manager to open our restaurant in Dubai. Nearly ready to open, we are a small family run business serving Lebanese and Spanish food, fresh juices and mocktails. Our focus is good healthy food, all sourced fresh and locally.For this position we require an experienced Floor Manager who is enthusiastic and passionate and is looking for a higher position as a General Manager, willing to be part of this project. Tasks will include managing the team of waiters and ensuring the correct operation of the restaurant:-Supervise day-to-day activities-Assist in the food and beverage serving-Train and coordinate staff-Ensure cleanliness, ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations-Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained-Handle customer complaints and queries-Report to, and attend regular meetings head office representatives.Preferably a person with Basic Health and Safety and PIC certificates. Drivers license required.
