The Business Sector General Manager organizes and develops all aspects of the sales and operations departments of the business sector in accordance with the company’s strategies, and provides leadership and coordination between management functions. In addition to monitoring and analyzing sales activity against annual targets and maintaining target sales volume, gross margins, cost control, and net profit.Responsibilities:1. Develop sales plans and strategic operations that are in line with the company’s vision, mission, and basic objectives, and control these plans to be implemented effectively according to the budget and schedule specified.2. Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales and operations division of the business, aligning resources, prioritizing targets, and implementing cost-effective initiatives to ensure sales targets are met.3. Recommend and review sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses to determine customer needs, pricing schedules, and future plans.4. Develop and direct an annual work plan and operating budget for the department and monitor its implementation and adherence to it to ensure the achievement of financial goals.5. Overseeing the daily sales operations, while maintaining alignment with the strategic objectives of the company to ensure increased sales volume and improved profitability, by coordinating all concerns (sales and operations).6. Oversee planning, sub-targeting and achieving monthly sales targets in all business sectors by monitoring, training, advising and motivating the performance of regional sales managers in all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.7. Coordinate the sales selling cycle and methodology and analyze sales statistics to determine the growth potential of the business.8. Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.9. Coordinate sales operations by communicating with other departments to align sales expectations with available resources and capabilities.10. Building, promoting and maintaining positive and lasting relationships with COMPANY customers, especially major customers, by ensuring that all complaints related to them are resolved promptly and seizing opportunities to attract new customers.11.
