Guest Experience Specialist (Saudi Only)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, importing, transforming, validating, summarizing, and publishing meaningful analysis reports related to Guest Experience with the purpose of understanding or drawing conclusions from the data to all the stakeholders to further support our guest intelligence and improve our guest satisfaction.Shall act as a data repository for the entire customer care platform and supply comprehensive, reliable, and relevant reports that shall also highlight any abnormal trend, outliers and disclose in the reports/statements.ResponsibilitiesGather reporting requirements to support day-to-day business needsRecording accounting transactions and invoices and cash.Design & create all guest experience reports along with respective unitsProcess all data extracts ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all timesManage the BI & Reporting systemMaintain & analyze existing reports and provide recommendations on the development of new reportsProactive and reactive report analysis and interpretation to support business strategy and planningEnsure audit reports are delivered accurately and on timeCreate intelligent and informative Management Reports & DashboardsAnalyze customer dynamics/behavior to identify business opportunitiesManage Data Upload & Integration activitiesComply with cyber security and privacy policy, standards, and proceduresDraft & update policy and procedureQualificationsBachelor’s degree – MIS, Data Science, and BA1-3 years of Experience in the same fieldCan communicate in Arabic and EnglishPreferred to have Tableau Training, Power BI Programming, Google analytics, Basics and Data Analytics with SQL Training expreience.
