We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our maintenance company. The successful candidate will beresponsible for painting various surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and trim, in both residential andcommercial settings. The Painter will work closely with other members of the construction team toensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.Responsibilities.• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.• Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayguns.• Mix and match colors to create desired shades and finishes.• Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas from paint andother materials.• Fill cracks and holes with putty or other fillers, and smooth surfaces to prepare them forpainting.• Follow safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment andadhering to workplace safety guidelines and regulations.• Clean and maintain painting equipment and supplies.Requirements:• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Painter.• knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracy.• Physical stamina and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
