We are HIRING!HEAD CHEF (FULL TIME)Requirements:- Executive Level- Preferably Arabic Nationality (Jordan/Palestine or any other nationality)- 8 years of experience leading a team- Cuisine – Mediterranean/Arabic/International- With recognized Hospitality qualifications and certifications- Immediate JoinerJob Description:1. Conducts daily briefings for the kitchen team.2. Directs and controls all subordinate kitchen staff to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met.3. Co-ordinates with outlet manager in ensuring restaurant operations function efficiently and on time.4. Preparation of duty rosters, vacation planning and scheduling, and public holiday scheduling5. Hands on training of associates in the kitchen section.6. Monitors the consistency of preparation and presentation in all food production areas to ensure that they conform to the requisite standards.7. Liases with purchasing to ensure that all food items ordered are delivered.8. Conducts periodic checks of all food delivery and storage areas to ensure quality of food and standards of hygiene are maintained.9. Maintains standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen and related areas10. Assists in the controlling and monitoring of outlet kitchen expenses.11. Assists in the selection, training and evaluation of subordinate employees12.
