Head of Customer Support

We’re looking for Head of Customer Support to join our team in Saudi Arabia.Please note that this position is procured by a third party representing a local partner. Bolt Group companies are not involved the recruitment process.Your daily adventures will include: Create and deliver continuous improvements and optimzations to our customers, colleagues and employees experience Ensure your People are highly engaged and motivated to contribute to the businessTo ensure that the market metrics are matching the global benchmark and targetsBe a role model leading our support readiness for existing and predicted challenges and share ideas to decrease the workload and improve the quality and speed of Bolt’s customer supportStay in active touch with the Estonian HQ team to obtain and implement the best experience locallyWhat we’re looking for: Has previous experience of at least 3 years as a Senior Customer Support Manager or equivalent level, with experience in managing a team of 50+ people Can communicate professionally and effectively with the key stakeholders Native Arabic speaker with advanced English Experience in hiring, and developing teams and environments, where employees are motivated to contribute and have the curiosity to drive improvements in the business Highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and spreadsheet skillsSomeone already living in Saudi Arabia (no relocation sponsorship)You’ll get credits if you have experience in product launches in the multinational tech business, transport industry, startups, or dynamic high-growth company
