Head of Operations

The role is responsible for monitoring, directing, reporting, and controlling end to end operational services delivered for credit activities such as underwriting and payments at Emkan Financial Company. Ensure compliance with internal audit polices and procedure, as well as all applicable rules, regulations and legislations. The role ensures strong data quality and high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: Manage and monitor underwriting unit for all Products applications while ensuring that applications are processed in a timely matter whilst accuracy is implementedManages and monitors daily payments execution and ensures accuracy Supports automation and transformation within operations to improve efficiencyEvaluates, guides employees to enhance their performance, development, and work resultsProvides management information, insights & reports on all dimensions of work area performance to facilitate discussion and decision making, whilst participating in operations committee.Ensure that relevant department policies, process are followed Communicates issues and follows up with technical to get them resolved Participate in development and design of services and productsRecommend and adjust operations optimization planningHelp reduce and operational cost by improving staff productivity and decreasing error rates that cause financial loss or reputational losses. Monitor and enhance all RPA related matter alongside excellence team to increase automatization
