Summary:Leads Performance Management initiatives, projects, activities and functions across the Organization in line with the Human Capital (HC) strategic goals and objectives. Provides specialized efficient strategic expertise on Performance Management matters.Essential Responsibilities and Duties:1- Plans, organizes and manages initiatives, projects, activities, and functions of Performance Management.2- Develops tools and support material to help departments ’leaders and their employees in the appraisal process.3- Collaborates with Organization entities, and services, to identify areas for improvement and implement Performance Management initiatives.4- Collaborates with Organization entities’ leaders inidentifying areas for improvement and develops initiatives to addressidentified areas for improvement.5- Manages the development of performance metrics apart of a balanced scorecard approach to Performance Management in coordination with the concerned.6- Designs and evaluates performance appraisal tools, processes, and tracking systems.7- Utilizes Performance Management data/tools to understand and manage performance within an agreed framework of planned goals/objectives, standards and competencies requirements, to generate better results from teams and individuals.8- Evaluates the performance of subordinates and councils subordinates to improve performance. Determines training needs for subordinates, reviews employment applications and interviews candidates and assists with the hiring recommendations.Education Requirements: Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related discipline is required. Experience Required:At least nine (9) years with Master’s, or eleven (11) years with Bachelor’s Degree of related Performance Management or Human Resources Development experience including four (4) years in a senior or supervisory capacity is requiredExtra RequirementsCertified Human Resources Programs and/or Professional (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, HCI) or any equivalent certificates is preferred.Certified Learning and Development Professional is preferred.
