Take care of managing the human element efficiently in accordance with our religious values, the international norms to ensure the justice and to fulfill the recruited human cadres’ financial, health and labor rights. Manage the whole recruitment cycle, including plans, organizes, Supervise, and controls all activities of the recruitment department. Prepare annual plan for recruitment by consolidating various manpower request with different clients and segregate as per job tile, nationality, salary etc., Continuously conducting research in the Global Market and development processes, secure recruitment sources and incorporate an international and national company that support the company’s stability through providing the services. Increased labor quality & time frame through agencies performance management and penalties scheme Establish and Managing training & rehabilitation section which decrease overall labor issues. Monitor the recruitment activity closely and audit the process in interim periods. Faster recruitment – Initiate new policies in recruitment. Analyze and Suggest key area of improvement using SWOT. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. Manage Special arrangement for various types of Visa Processing, Job orders, E-wakala through MUSANED Established a long term relationship with the customers, devoting on in-house capability and expertise in providing a professional management for human resources to the business and individuals sectors. Built a strong partnership with the sourcing countries government officials. Visit agents in their countries such as India, Philippines, Ethiopia, Uganda, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Kenya. Guide Sales division to make better understanding about international polices of various countries and KSA. Raises necessary documentation for appropriate pre-recruitment approval and employment recruitment requisition for approval when if applicable.
