We’re looking for someone who’s a proven real expert, who will assume overall responsibility for leveraging technology to enhance productivity, improve customer experience, and achieve our strategic objectives. Someone who will be able to integrate the new digital systems with the current infrastructure and ensure seamless data flow and good & clear process ownership. » Ideal Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.- 5+ years of practical experience in automating industrial projects in sectors such as packaging, technical textile, energy, or any similar industrial sectors, and generally having a strong previous practical digital transformation experience(s) in factory automation / digital transformation.- Great ability in leading & assisting affected departments during the transformation process.- Proven Project Management Skills and complete ability to convert visions into tangible & workable projects & action plans.- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.- Complete ability to work effectively in a fast-paced & deadline-driven environment.& it’s totally vital for us that you already have many years of practical & proven experience in this focused area.Kindly mention in full detail if you already have previous experience(s) doing the same for industrial companies especially if in similar industries to ours like The Packaging & The Technical Textile Industries & if it was with other Saudi companies.Also, kindly note that there will be a featured test project for the shortlisted candidates as a part of the hiring process.This is expected to start at an estimated period of 3 months contract and may turn into a long-term venture for the right talent.We hope you have a good idea of the requirements, and we would be happy to answer any further clarifying questions you may have.If you feel you are the talent that can confidently assist us at a cost-effective price, please get in touch.Looking forward to reviewing your good proposals,Thank You
