We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to lead the operations of our Villa. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and solid experience in managing property operations.Responsibilities:- Manage all villa operations, including cleaning, maintenance, customer service, and property management.- Manage budgets, financial plans, and property forecasting.- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met.- Implement and maintain effective marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain guests.- Maintain a positive working relationship with suppliers and partners.- Address guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.- Manage inventory and purchasing of supplies for the property.- Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulationsIf you are a passionate, results-driven Hotel Manager with the skills and experience we are looking for, please submit your CV and cover letter for consideration.
