Position Title: Housekeeping SupervisorEmployment Type: Full-time Salary: up to 2.5K AED, depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and mealsJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the client:A newly opened branch of a 5 Star hospitality group based in DubaiJob Description: Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks – from using to cleaning products stocking like floor cleaner, bleach, and rubber glovesCheck rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanlinessSchedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence while effectively overseeing staff activities dailyEstablish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards then motivating team members and resolve any issues that occur on the jobRespond to customer complaints and special requestsEnsure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areasQualifications:Open to Asian nationals30 to 45 years oldAt least 2 years’ experience in the same role from a 4-star hotel or luxury hospitalityCan handle 15-20 team members
