Overall PurposeLeads and manages the day-to-day operations of collection activities and functions with focus on Housing and Residential segment while ensuring alignment of processes with NWC Corporate Strategies and Plans.ResponsibilitiesManages of all related collection activities for residential and housing segments.Manages sub-contractor to implement timely disconnection and reconnection.Prepares Field Activity reports, implementation plan and monitoring of execution.Resolves all complaints related to collection.Resolves all customer request related to collection, payment refund, wrong payment, etc.Monitors illegal re-opening and coordinate with Violation department for imposition of penalties.Conducts customer visit and investigation (such as low consumption, etc.)Supports all other department for any concerns and issues related to collection.Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.Carry out any other tasks requested by the direct manager or the superior that are within the limits of the job, provided that this task does not make a fundamental difference in the basic tasks of the job.Job RequirementsBA/BS in Business Administration or equivalent6+ Years of experienceBehavioral CompetenciesCustomer Focus – Customer Care/ ServiceTeamwork – Delivering Information and AssistanceEffective Communication – Attentively ListeningProblem Solving – Defining a ProblemResults Orientation – Progress and Results
