A European managed Cleaning and Technical Services company in Dubai is looking to hire a well-organised, extrovert and multitasker male HR/Admin executive with at least 2 years’ experience in the UAE, preferably in the Maid service or Cleaning and/or Facility Management business, to manage the growing family of 300 members. Responsibilities:Full recruitment processOversee employees’ welfare which includes but not limited to health and safety, accommodation management, employees’ development, handling employee grievances, etc.All employee issues and concernsAdministrative duties including but not limited to co. documents renewal, insurance-related tasks, monthly payroll report, etc.Requirements:at least 2 years HR experience in the UAE is a MUSTExperience in managing more than 100 employees is a MUSTwell-knowledgeable with UAE labor law and visa processingEffective communication, mentoring, counseling skillswith passion for working with other peopleEffective administrative & organisation skillsProficient in English speaking and writing.Proficient in microsoft excel, word and power pointWe offer competitive salaries plus incentivesAll other benefits as per the UAE law.
