A European managed Cleaning and Technical Services company in Dubai is looking to hire a well-organized, extrovert and multitasker male HR executive with at least 2 years’ experience in the UAE, preferably in the Maid service or Cleaning and/or Facility Management business, to manage the growing family of 300 members. Main Responsibilities:Full recruitment processOversee employees’ welfare which includes but not limited to health and safety, accommodation management, employees’ development, handling employee grievances, etc.Administrative dutiesRequirements:at least 2 years HR experience in the UAE is a MUSTExperience in managing more than 100 employees is a MUSTwell-knowledgeable with UAE labor law and visa processingEffective communication skillsWith passion for working with other peopleProficient in English speaking and writing.Proficient in microsoft excel, word and power pointWe offer competitive salaries plus incentivesAll other benefits as per the UAE law.
