Duties and Responsibilities as HR Generalist• Undertake a variety of HR administrative duties and projects as assigned.• WPS, payroll, benefits and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary.• Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies and procedures.• Renewing workers compensation and health insurance policies.• Prepare No Objection Certificate, Salary or Employment Certificate, Appointment or Offer Letter, Warning and Termination letter or any other correspondence related to HR & Administration.• Issues all types of letters received from employees within the standard timeline.• Preparing memos, letters and correspondences• Maintains and updates records of personnel-related data in both hard copy files and the e-filing systems (soft copies on the shared folder) to ensure all folders contain complete documents as per the employment requirements in the UAE.• Administers medical insurance plans, including enrollments, changes, deletions, and claims management.• Updates the insurance census list on a regular basis and compares it with the broker’s census list to keep the records up to date (especially during the policy renewal).• Arranges onboarding meetings for new hires and assists them with their gate pass renewals.• Provides support related to on-boarding overseas new hires (booking their tickets, accommodation, etc.).• Issuing visa and coordinating with PRO.• Ability to work under pressure.• STRONG CHARACTER, CAN LEAD, DECIDE AND WORK INDEPENDENTLY.Duties and Responsibilities as HR Recruiter• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing, job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.• Recruit international and local candidates as per the requirements.• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms.• Manage onboarding and new hire process.• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations• To work All-rounder and maintain no relation with any workers/staff.Requirements :• Should have at least minimum 4 years experience in UAE• We require Experience Certificate from previous jobs• Degree must be attested in UAE• Knowledge and experienced in all Job Portal sites• Broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general HR administrative responsibilities.• Familiarity with UAE Labor Law.• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.• Highly motivated and can-do attitude.• Excellent organizational and time management skills.• Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus
