Our company is looking for an HR Generalist who can join immediately.Key responsibilities include:• Engaging and coordinating with Managers on new hires• Writing job adverts and managing candidates• Managing employee life cycle• Conducting job analysis of roles in line with the approved headcount• Support the disciplinary processes and or employee grievancesRequirements:• Minimum 3 years experience in Corporate HR (preferably recruitment) in the UAE• Understanding of UAE Labour laws• WPS, payroll, benefits and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary.• Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies and procedures.• Renewing workers’ compensation and health insurance policies, including enrolments, changes, deletions, and claims management.• Prepare No Objection Certificate, Salary or Employment Certificate, Appointment or Offer Letter, Warning and Termination letter or any other correspondence related to HR & Administration.• Issues all types of letters received from employees within the standard timeline.• Preparing memos, letters and correspondences• Maintains and updates records of personnel-related data in both hard copy files and the e-filing systems (soft copies on the shared folder) to ensure all folders contain complete documents as per the employment requirements in the UAE.• Arranges onboarding meetings for new hires and assist them with their gate pass renewals.• Provides support on-boarding overseas new hires (booking their tickets, accommodation, etc.).• Issuing visas and coordinating with PRO.
