ResponsibilitiesManaging group of diverse directly roles of human resources and administrative roles includes government relations and management accommodation, transportation and includes safety and security and ensure to manage it effectively according to company strategy.Managing recruitments, training and development, compensations and benefits, and performance evaluation.Implementing public policies for security, safety, human resources, payroll information systems and employee relations.Coordinating with the department’s managers to implement human resources policies in line with the company strategy.Processing changes to the human resources programs include Hiring, salary increments, absence and end of employments.Starting plan for Localization based on the actual requirement in company departments.Managing and preparing monthly KPI for employees and tracking their performance and compare the annual plan.Developing personnel and administration policies and managing all their process (Salaries, GOSI, Vacations, Warning, etc.)Coordination with Head of Human Resources in the holding company for all related respectsFollowing with Ministry of Labor for all new laws and regulations. QualificationsBachelor’s degree or relevant experience5+ years’ experience in Human ResourcesStrong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategiesDemonstrated expertise training managers and employeesStrong organizational, critical thinking and communications skillsAttention to detail and good judgement
