Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the global organisation on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organisation’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.  Responsibilities Start-up and set-up the new business and help secure necessary documents for work operations.Systematically conduct talent market insight and mapping research projects, and issue reports on schedule;Recruitment of key people according to human resource plan;QualificationsBachelor’s degree or relevant experience5+ years’ experience in Human Resources in a start-up operation or in edtech industryMust have cross-border experience or working with international organisation.Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategiesStrong organisational, critical thinking and English communications skillsPassionate, optimistic with strong learning and comprehension ability.
