We are building the ultimate digital wallet experience for users.What you’ll do?Preparing and reviewing Job Descriptions with the Head of Departments to ensure JDs are up to date.Create and implement effective onboarding plans.Orientating new employees.Develop training and development programs.Assist in performance management processes.Providing counseling on policies and procedures.Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration including insurance.Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in hard and soft copies/formats.Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.Provide counseling on policies and procedures.Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.Who you are?Saudi National.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong ethics and reliability.Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus.Organizational and time-management abilities, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Bachelor’s degree in HR or any relevant field.HR Certification (CIPD, PHRi, SHRM, etc.…) preferred.
