Responsibilities:Plan meetings and handle visitor activities Organize and schedule CTO’s appointments. Prepare expense reports for the department, memos, letters, and other documents, using Word Excel, PowerPointFinds out background information for documents before reviewing with the Executive and gaining approvalMaintains confidential records and filesOrganize team communications and plan events  Review invoices before assigning them for approval Other tasks might be assigned Skills and Requirements:Attention to detail and high level of accuracyTime management Superb written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to multitask Problem-solvingProficiency in English Teamwork Work under pressure Flexible and works according to the needs of the organization.
