Information Technology Project Manager

Job briefPlanning, controlling and coordinating all aspects to meet the platform project requirements within the timeframe, budget, scoop, and quality standard.Functional Responsibilities: manage the project’s business and technical requirements (procurement, budget, schedule time frame, services, deliveries). Implement a quality management system for all project activities. Manage data management platform project end-to-end delivery, including support and maintenance phases.Work closely with the Data Engineering & Analytics Teams to understand and finalize functional and technical requirements.Plan and collaborate across various stakeholders and teams to manage technical dependencies of the solutionPlan, monitor, track, and manage risks/issues related to project delivery with the team. Work closely with vendors to ensure solution design complies with the organization’s data policy & governance, and data security. Work closely with the team to ensure completion of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance/load testing, and system security testing with quality results.Escalate issues that impact the project schedule on a timely basis and propose workarounds/resolutions.Provide regular status updates to Management.Perform knowledge management with proper project documentation, records, and reports.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, business computing, business analytics, and software/computer engineering.More than 8 years of experience in front-end (consultations & solutions) managing and delivering data and analytics systems/platforms. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Experience with Cloud Services & Infrastructure, and Data Warehousing services (Microsoft Cloud, AWS, or Google Cloud) is a plus.Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.Strong planning and controlling skills.
