3+ years’ Technical Support experience in a Tech/FinTech company is an advantageFluent with a web scripting language like PHP or C#Good knowledge in web technologies such as web servers, databases, and a general understanding of web applications functions. Excellent communicator in English and ArabicFamiliarity with Android and iOS is a plusAbility to work in a customer-focused and target driven environmentExperience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Prestashop, and Opencart is a plusAnswer all merchants’ integration related questions, including but not limited to configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, and go-live supportHandle incidents as related to the integration (investigation, troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, reporting, time tracking, and analysis of incidents)Partner internally with Business Support, Sales, Software and Web Development to resolve issues that arise during customer trials, integrations, or post-implementation supportInform Management on support issues that impact customer satisfaction and provide recommendations for appropriate actionsAbility to multitask with multiple projects and integrations of key customersMaintain/update existing libraries/plugins used in integrations
