· Understand the requirement of raw material required for Tubing and Casing + Accessory business. · Raw material inventory management in SAP as per receipt and physical stock in VSA.· Coordinate with yard team to understand the allocation / casing transfer and make sure to do the same in SAP.· Monitor work in process (WIP) as per RTT / MES record on daily basis and ensure do the same in SAP for each production step to capture the right added value.· Carryout all the required entries in SAP as per MES casing transfer / WIP for proper stock management. · Make sure all lost / cutting / rejected pipes etc. (production Yield) will be consumed during the production / before closing of each item to a respective SO / Item.· At the time of production completion coordinate with production planner to do the GR in SAP so that finish items can be delivered to customer timely.· Transfer Sales order items to another sales order items for new allocation / consumption / stock.· Order / Item closer summary should be made for each item at the time of closer / invoice through SAP record.· Coordinate with yard supervisor to reconcile the inventory end of each month, and make sure to pipes physically in stock / and in SAP. · Coordinate with SSC team for monthly inventory report in case of variances if any and do the adjustments after formal approval.· Conduct 2 stock count per year with yard team so that complete inventory can be checked / verified before year end external audit.· Also support supply team whenever required, mainly to yard / material management scope.
