The role holder is responsible for manage delivery of investigations of attempts and committed financial, technical and criminal infringements and collection of all relevant information.The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedureAct as the point of contact for all investigations activities Manage delivery of investigations of attempts and committed financial, technical and criminal infringements and collection of all relevant information Receive allegation, requests, and claims from legal authorities and study the claim to verify its genuineness and fairness in order to conduct necessary investigation and measurements Investigate any irregular or suspected activities in STC & its subsidiaries involving their employees, shareholders, consultants, vendors, contractors, outside agencies having direct/indirect business with the STC group in general. Lead the planning and execution of investigation process by interviewing suspects and witnesses, analyzing data, evidences and generate reports. Attend external interrogations/ hearings with suspects such as Bureau of Public Prosecution, Administrative Investigation, court as witness or any other third official party. Align with Anti-Fraud regarding the suppliers visits finding and report any violations to Outsource Services Management Department and conduct any deemed investigation. Conduct the process of Background check for new appointment, hiring and nomination to any managerial position or program Coordinate with Corporate Ethics & Compliance/HR or other Departments as needed regarding the recommendations and penalties imposed upon the cases Monitor the implementation of the decision imposed on Investigated cases Conduct all investigations related to fraud cases jointly with Special Audit Unit and agree upon the final outcome Acts as the point of contacts with related external authorities such as Nazaha
