GS IT is looking for a competent Female IT Inside Sales Specialist who is highly motivated and skilled in the field of Sales and smart communication to deal with clientsJob responsibilities Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunitiesKeeping up with product & service information and updatesClosing sales and achieving sales targetsAnswer all questions and address all concerns that the customer may have & help customers by providing the right product or service.Continuously expand knowledge of respective Technology and solutions & always deliver exceptional customer serviceArrange the demonstration of product as per costumer convenient at customer place.Co-ordinate with site engineers and identify the problems facing by the existing clients and provide a solutionFollow up with potential customers to generate more revenueResponsible to drive the targets for the product portfolio in support with team membersResponsible for preparing the proposal, get the purchase order, negotiate with supplier, arrange deliverySKILLS REQUIREDSignificant work experience in sales and customer serviceMust have knowledge in IT Infrastructure product and servicesAble to work cooperatively as part of a teamDesire to continue to develop skills and knowledgeExcellent communication skillsOutstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
