The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.The opportunity will be in Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam.ResponsibilitiesThe role holder will be responsible for but not limited to the following:Identify, research, and develop future business development opportunitiesSource new partnering opportunities to advance goals and bring them forward to business leaders to ensure alignment.Lead and co-lead pre-deal activities including identifying opportunity, negotiating term sheet, developing business cases, preparing presentations on the opportunity for executive leadership and coordinating with legal and other departments on closing of the opportunity.Key (and oftentimes primary) business contact for post-deal management including resolving contractual issues, managing, and negotiating any amendments and preparing post-deal reporting to the executive team.Managing revenue from partnerships including revenue risk mitigation and driving new ideas to grow revenue from existing partnership.Day to day partnering with Director and Vice President level leaders across the organization from deal creation through ongoing relationship. Strong communication and partnership skills is a must.Leading quarterly partnership reviews with key internal stakeholders and drafting and publishing report to the executive team.Defined the sectors or areas that we have to target.Aligned and develop sales opportunities, and marketing team with operation team.Build relation with clients to keep client loyalty & retaining clients .Study the market to be update with market flow, pattern , trend & remaining abreast of changes in Market-Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business.Remark clients’ feedback to enhance solutions and facilities obstacles that may will face with operations or sales team and provide solutions.Enhance contract and proposals to aligned with market needs.Develop the warehouse services and products.Equipping Sales with all needed materials and training in order to approach the clients.Assisting with marketing and promotional projects.Develop the strategies to aligned with company vision and mission.Develop an annual budget based on new clients, growth rate & retention rate.Qualifications and Skills RequiredBachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a similar area.Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development or similar role.Good Knowledge of MS.Is able to close deals and achieve goals.Experience with CRM software.Exhibits strong motivation to make sales.Is detail-oriented and able to multitask.Demonstrates strong organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and the ability to solve problems.Exhibits excellent communication skills.Is an extremely flexible and adaptable self-starter.
