• Manages the clients and obtains additional new clients Updating the clients regarding the on-going cases in a timely manner Answering clients’ queries and providing proper legal advice especially IP related. Sending new sighting and pro-active reports to the clients and prospective ones Proper following-up of cases (pending instruction) if needed• Ensures that all the on-going cases of the clients are well-updated.• Makes follow-up and coordinates matters with the local associates in the countries we are managing and internal associates (Litigation Division / Research & Investigation Division / Accounts Division / Trademark Division)• Proper filing of the emails on their respective case folders• Provides assistance to the Team in connection with the work
