Job Title: Line CookPosition Overview:Our company is based in Dubai and specializes in meal plans, school catering, birthday catering and owns a restaurant outlet serving meals for take away and delivery. We are seeking an experienced Line Cook who is skilled in international cuisines, catering and mass production of meals, and has knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience handling suppliers, developing menus, and must have the ability to work well under pressure. The candidate should also be flexible with working hours.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a variety of international dishes in a high-volume kitchenFollow recipes and menus to ensure consistency and high-quality mealsEnsure all dishes are prepared to the highest standard, with a focus on presentationEnsure the timely preparation and presentation of dishesWork closely with suppliers to source the freshest ingredientsWork closely with managementr to develop new menus and dishesEnsure the kitchen is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with all food safety regulationsFollow HACCP guidelines and regulationsMaintains a safe and sanitary work environment and follows all safety proceduresWork flexible hours, including evening, weekends, and holidays as requiredAbility to train, manage and supervise new staff members Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Line Cook in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a catering or mass production settingExperience with international cuisinesStrong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations in DubaiExperience with menu development and working with suppliersAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environmentGood communication skills and a team-oriented attitudeFlexibility with working hours working night shifts, early morning shifts and regular daily shiftsProficiency in English is a must.Education:Diploma or certificate in culinary arts or related field is a plus
