Logistics Coordinator Description:Duties in specification：1) Track and update the shipment status, and make sure all shipment is delivered in good condition and maintain the related files and documents updated;2) Handle all kinds of customs clearance (import and export) processes and freight forwarding by Sea and Air. Well understanding E-clearance submission & SG account pending submissions;3) Perform and implement all customs clearance activities such as following up on incoming shipments, document transactions, and day-to-day related activities in accordance with the objectives, policies, and procedures;4) Preparing and processing all types of bills of entry;5) Be responsible for communicating and following up with related external suppliers;6) Liaise with the airline, shipping lines, and overseas agents for competitive rates and services;7) Follow up customer inquiries and offer quotation to customer for winning new business;8) Visit seaports, warehouses, cargo collection, Customs, etc. for the outside work.9) Follow up on other tasks assigned by supervisors;Abilities and Skills request：1) At least 5 years of working experience in logistics and freight forwarding;2) Key knowledge of all carriers i.e. Sea, Air, and Land for both import and export;3) Familiar with import / export air / sea / export customs declaration;4) Able to endure hardships and stand hard work and have strong stress resistance;5) Have a good spirit for team work, and be adaptable to work in a multicultural environment;6) Excellent Communication Skills;7) Excellent Negotiation Skills;8) Strong Time Management.Pangulfexpress gmail.com
