Role PurposeLoyalty Marketing – Sr. Manager – is responsible for leading the program development (Loyalty as a product, App, web and Mweb) working together with the internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of new designs for programs, BTL offers, cross/up sell proposition from the concept to the development of the finished Loyalty Program Product. Drive creative thinking, ensure users needs are identified, and build an action plan that would translate into product innovation across the platforms with the IT team.Key Accountabilities & ActivitiesDesign and develop loyalty programs that are targeting SEVEN’s segments based on the entertainment segmentation of SEVEN and core markets (Domestic, Regional and Int’l). Create several propositions for driving engagement, visitation, increasing guest spend, program enrollment and boosted guest’s retention strategically and operationally.Worked closely with Marketing, attraction, Technology and guests’ experience along with guests’ touch points (guests’ care center, Digital Platforms …etc) to develop processes related to the loyalty programs. Supervise and co-ordinate with the loyalty program Marketing on marketing initiatives that will unlock users’ growth and enhance customer experience. Responsible for guests’ loyalty & retention in terms proposing solutions, compensation budgets and win back processes for complaints resulting from any of the loyalty programs. Liaise and work with outsourced vendors to implement best practice loyalty schemes within SEVEN. Ensure key stakeholders are up to date with product knowledge and research on global loyalty programs especially within the tourism Industry. Identify and lead the action plan development with the IT team (UX /UI & developers) to create guests’ centric Loyalty program. SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication is required together with exemplary interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.Experienced in developing brand strategies and plans along with dealing with internal and external stake holders.Experienced in product development and delivery. Marketing Research and customer driven mindset.Education/ExperienceBachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in marketing, business studies, media studies, or related field, A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the following areas:Brand management, loyalty marketing and advertising. Loyalty Program Management, campaign management and Marketing Communication.Brand Management, SOD (Service On Demand) Platforms.Has solid experience with App, Web & Mweb KPI’s, User research, Project management & CRMSectors: FMCG, Telecommunication, Hospitality, Airlines, e-commerce, Digital Loyalty programs.
