A MALE Personal Assistant (PA) works with personal stuff of owner of the company and offering administrative help.JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Managing Real Estate* Helping with Cheque Deposit and Collection * Negotiate with Property and Lands* Purchasing Office Pantry Items, Stationery and Other Stuff* Purchasing of Building Materials related to real estate* Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require * Site Visit such as apartment and other construction area* Know how to apply Legal Case, Tenancy Contract and other Government Stuff* Create Letters, Contracts and Checking email in a daily basis* Deliver and Collecting of Documents* Do the Car Maintenance and Car Cleaning* Serving Tea and other admin assistive office task* Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes* Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.PERSONAL ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS* 1-2 years of experience in UAE* Driving License is a must* Ability to manage internal and external correspondenceSALARY AED 4,000 – 5,000 Working Hours from 8:00AM – 5:00PMSaturday OffWith Return Ticket YearlyWe are located in AJMAN
