Shisha Cafe Manager cum F& B Marketing Manager We are Shisha Cafe and Cloud kitchen based in Oud Metha looking for a person (preferred Female) who can act as Shisha Cafe Manager cum F&B Marketing Manager.Job Responsibility• Manage and boost Daily Targeted Sales.• Supervision of day to Day Operation of the Cafe. • Manage the Social Media accounts of the Cafe and updating on Day to day basis.• Collection of Guest database and Feedback and maintain a record.• Create and Run Promotional offers, Marketing campaigns.• Manage Staff and Keep track of the progress report of staff.• Keep track of Kitchen and Shisha related Stock.• Provide Day to day summary reports to management.Job Requirement• Candidate should have knowledge of English and Arabic will be an additional asset.• Past Experience of a Minimum 4 Years in a Restaurant or Cafe.• Candidate should have knowledge of Social media marketing and Promotional strategy.• Candidate should be present in UAE.• Preference – Visit Visa.• Educational Certification in F&B and Shisa will be an Advantage.
