The Managing Director will be responsible for ensuring overall business performance, overseeing the development of systems and processes, developing relationships with key stakeholders at all levels across the business, identifying new opportunities for value creation, facilitating the delivery of the strategy through their team’s performance, and identifying areas for continuous improvement in terms of company processes and practices. Main responsibilities: Provide leadership and strategic direction for the company’s overall operations and growth strategyManage all aspects of our IT department, including managing the growth of our technology, and overseeing the development of new features and productsManage the development of production standards and procedures to ensure high-quality product outputIdentify problems within the department and develop solutions to those problemsDevelop and implement business plans to improve cost-efficiency and profit margins Requirements: Extensive experience in the IT sector in a senior management positionTechnical expertise from both a delivery and leadership perspectiveExperience in developing and implementing strategic and business plansExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsExcellent organisational and leadership skillsDegree in business, marketing, or equivalent.
