Manufacturing Supervisor

Production Supervisors ( Joinery- Riyadh KSA)Ideal candidate should have similar experience for at least 8-10 years & should be able to:1. Manage a team of Foremen, Carpenters, Painters & Electricians on the Production Floor 2. Do a Technical Review of Drawings & scheduling Kick off for Projects3. Quantify & Place Material Requests4. Cross Check & review Technical Drawings & Provide suggestions when needed.5. Coordinating with all shop drawings, generating cutting lists and implementing quality control6) Site Visits & Site surveys when needed Requirements1) Minimum of 8+ years’ similar experience in the Management of joinery / manufacturing industry specializing in Fit Out for the Retail sector 2)Degree in Engineering or equivalent – Broad knowledge of manufacturing and production processes and concepts. 3) Must have strong communication and relevant software skills – Great understanding of design drawings 4) Leadership skills managing a team – Must be able to cater the clients’ requirements by providing a technical solution in the pre-sales process with the team. GCC driving license will be an added advantage.Salary + Insurance + Performance Based Bonus
