UAE-based beauty company looking for an arabic-speaking Marketing Executive to help drive the sales and profitability of our brand, by ensuring that there are clear & robust business plans in place, whilst also playing a key role in helping deliver company projects/initiatives.The role requires the ability to build strong, professional relationships with distributors and retailers, and the internal company team, so a confident, collaborative & outgoing persona is required. Experience dealing with supermarkets and pharmacies highly beneficial. • Act as the brand lead for the company’s brands, effectively working with the distributors and retailer to ensure success across all trading countries• Take a proactive approach to ensuring consistent implementation across the region• Working in conjunction with Marketing and the brand, develop and implement effective business and marketing strategies to help deliver agreed KPIs.• Prepare budgets in conjunction with Finance department where required.• Ensure each market has a robust business plan and that sales targets are achieved. • Engage current partners to ensure that agreed action plans are in place along with sales forecasts. • Regularly review marketplace performance ensuring action plans are agreed and in place. • Ensure store teams are well trained and motivated to sell• Ensure stocks in store and store standards are well maintained via store visits and effective communication. • Ensure a promotional plan is in place which takes into account the needs of each retailer to drive sell out and to ensure that space in store is maintained/grown. • Ensure stocks are being well maintained – best sellers are available and aged stocks are being cleared in a timely manner.• Ensure effective implementation of strategy leading to opening of additional markets / operators • Ensure launch of new market is successful and delivers business plan expectations • Ensure there is timely and consistent positive communication with each marketplace • Perform market research to identify consumer trends and competitive markets.• Recommend new products or enhancements to based on consumer trends/feedback.• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth.• Develop best practices for operational efficiency.• Develop business strategies for existing and new product lines.• Support company initiatives and projects, adding value, where required.
